King Kobra and Common European Adder (Hypnosis)

In Ark nova board game these two cards have Hypnosis effect, but here in BGA it is Determination recently. Is it a bug?
I guess you've been playing in pacific mode where one player actions (text at the bottom of some cards) are used instead of aggressive actions.
In this mode, determination is used instead of hypnosis.
