As indicated in the rules, the backs of the cards show the 2 symbols that can appear when the card is turned over.

So, here's the number of times each symbol appears in the 90-card pack:

Apple (1 point): 26 copies
Ring (2 points): 23 copies
Red diamond (3 points): 19 copies
Carpet (5 points): 13 copies
Genie (7 points): 9 copies

Now, if you like, you may flip cards with probabilities in mind.
Or just play by feel, because after all, we're here to have fun and take risks!

What is the breakdown per card back? How many cards with a Apple / Ring back, and how many of those are apples and how many are rings?

Is distribution even? Like, do i get a 50% chance to get a carpet if a card's back is showing carpet/ring?

According to the rules: "as there are more apples (1pt) than diamonds (3pt) in the Jackpot cards, this card [apple/diamond] is more likely to reveal an apple than a diamond."
