Board Game Arena

For about 12 hours or so I've been having issues accessing the forum. Every other page request (clicking on a topic or sub-forum) gets this error: "forum.boardgamearena.com took too long to respond."

Things I've done:
1) Tried both Chrome and Edge;
2) Checked my Internet speed (100 Mbps);
3) Ran the BGA connection diagnostic (all green);
4) Checked downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it indicated forum.boardgamearena.com was down.

Obviously it's not completely down as evidenced by this post (but it took several attempts to get this post to stick). No other pages (Games, Community, News, etc.) seem to be affected. Only pages at forum.boardgamearena.com and not boardgamearena.com.

It was down and reported -- an admin just fixed it.

Just in case this happens again, where is the proper place to report it?

It was a temporary fixed and we are working to have a definitive one.
