Just the 96 cards from printed revised edition?

Sort of as the title suggests, is there a way to play with only the 96 cards from the printed revised edition? From what I understand, the "base" set of cards (i.e. not adding C+D, new set of cards, and even more cards) includes cards from across the A+B decks, i.e. including those from the Artifex + Bubulcus decks. I'd like a consistent experience with my physical copy, if possible (and do not have those two expansion decks).

If this isn't currently possible, I'd certainly love to see an option for it!

I'm pretty sure this understanding is wrong, and this setting will be what you want.

There's some weirdness when you add some of these settings but not all but not having any checked will give you the base set of cards that doesn't include any expansions.

Indeed, Siv is correct, if you just don't select any extra cards you will get the 96 cards from the revised base game. Yes they have A and B symbols on the cards, but that is how they came in the revised base game. 48 cards from the A deck and 48 cards from the B deck were in the base game, with the remaining 120 A deck cards coming in Artifex, and the remaining 120 B deck cards coming in Bubulcus.
