We used to have the option to not have the Confirm button, but today I've noticed that option is gone. Why remove that option?

(I've never played Azul.)

I've played a few thousand games of Azul, but I won't be playing anymore until they give me back the option to turn off confirm!

Agreed! Having to confirm each selection and placement for each person now makes the game unbearable. The game can be long, as it is. Adding additional steps for each turn is super annoying.

Have to agree with everyone else. The option to turn off confirm was key to making the game playable. Will be giving it a miss until it's back.

I posted about this a few days ago and somehow it's never been published... maybe my error?

BUT I HATE THIS CHANGE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DEVS revert to previous code.

This change is infuriating. Breaks the fun of this game. This option needs to go back to game search filters, not in game options. Those that want it enabled, just filter it as such. But for the rest of us, who plays a LOT of games, we need the option back.


Is this the proper way to reach devs? If not let me know.

You don't have to confirm each placement, it has just been turned on by default. I'll concede that many people are not at all curious and never explore the game options and thus won't ever find the option to turn off confirmation....but the option is still there (for each individual).

How?? Slowing down the game is an unequivocal improvement? I wish I could understand you.

Maybe you are too high in score that you only play good players who turned off the option. Good for you.
But for us peasants who play with a lot of casual players, this change is a nightmare.
