Hi,

When i activate the run action with the troll, he can only move twice with the pebble token, instead of 3rd (1 base + 1 from pebble token + 1 from run).

It's a bug, not a feature... or to rephrase: you have to report it as a bug. In a forum, nth will be solved https://boardgamearena.com/bugs

It's not a bug. Pebble is a passive power (hourglass symbol), so you can't use it if you take a complex action like run. The only powers that are available if you take a complex action are permanent ones (star symbol). (See p28 of manual)
