Two Arena time-limit problems and proposed solutions

Two Arena time limit problems that should be fixed:
1) It is understandable that one must play the game where it has been your turn the longest. HOWEVER, when playing games at different speeds -- one at 3 turns a day and one at 1 turn every 2 days, it can easily become the case that it has been your turn longer in the slower-paced game but you are almost out of time -- or out of time! -- in the faster paced game. This is frustrating, because if playing multiple matches of the same game at different speeds you can see your time ticking down but every time you try to take the turn where you are running out of time BGA says "you have to play this other game first" and sends you to a game where you have days left to take your turn. And that can happen multiple times, you keep trying to take your turn while time is running out and it keeps sending you to other games instead, resulting in running out of time even though you're there TRYING to take your turn.
Solution: There should be the ability within Arena games to take any turns where you are out of time or nearly out of time (say, 30 minutes of less remaining) ahead of other games where you have more time left. Alternatively, changing the order of turns in Arena to go in order of least time remaining to take the turn (so a game where you have 6 minutes left to take your turn would be prioritized over a game where you have 3 days left to take your turn, regardless of how long it has been your turn) would also be more fair than the current system.
2) This has happened twice to me in games, most recently in a game of Innovation and previously in a game of Potion Explosion, where I was slightly out of time and took my turn, but because my time counter still reads negative, the other person can still skip my turn even though I've taken it.
Solution: Once you've taken your turn after being out of time, your time should be positive, not negative. There should be positive time on the clock, because otherwise you can still be skipped even where you are all caught up.
Thanks!
