Disable in-game chat for underage accounts?

I know that the parental controls mean that underage accounts can't DM with strangers, but is there a way to disable in-game chat, too? Seems like that would be just as important.

Have you submitted a suggestion through the "Report a bug, or make a suggestion" link on the COMMUNITY tab? That is the place to formally submit something for consideration. The forum is just a place for discussion.
