Game Rules v.s Rules Summary

Under the "Learn" option of a game, there's the Game Rules section and Rules Summary section. In my own understanding, the Rules Summary section should be an explanation of the Game Rules. In the case where it contains stricter interpretation, which should be followed?

For example, for the game of Just One, where you give clues to guess a mystery word, if the mystery word is "prince", "princess" is invalid as a clue because it's in the same family.
However, should they be considered duplicates, like Japan and Japanese, when they are both given as clues for a mystery word?

"Game Rules" are the official rules. "Rules Summary" is something written by the community and which anyone can modify, it has no authority, but can be helpful during the game.
