Scenario: Securing the flanks

Playing the Allies when I get my tanks in the town in the middle of the map I got the medal but on the following turns I couldn't attack with them from the town out. Why?

What am I missing?

Not a bug. Armor battles out of a town at -2 dice (thematically it's hard for them to maneuver). That plus the target was in a town for another -2, so -4 total.
