I play the game with a player named *, when I put it on my way and blocked her she said I'm bad player, blame me to block her, very shocked.
I just follow the rule to play, I did not see the rule forbidden to block others, and why she continues to blame me ?

At last I'm enough with her complains and did not block her last 2 wagons, even I have plenty of wagons to block. If I block, she will lose.

I did not do that and she mocked at me.

If it's more than 2 players, it's on all of you for not playing 1 v 1. If it's 2 players, the blame is on them.

You messed up and they punished you for it. This part's all on you.

You can block as much as you want, there's no rule. If someone gets abusive/insulting in the chat because of your blocking (or for any other reason, actually), you should report them.
