Trash talking option in profile

Some of us are perfectly fine with a little trash talking and can take it as well. So how about a check box in our profile that says "loose moderation prefered" Then if everyone at the game table has the box checked then moderation levels a message will appear informing them of such. As a result, moderation levels 0-3 will no longer get a penalty and 4-5 remain as is for the table.

No. Laissez-faire moderation results in toxic communities. Just ask League of Legends.
People taking this option will take it to mean that they have a pass to be a jerk, not that they're allowing others to. Rather than trying to get this community to conform to your ideals, perhaps you should figure out why you don't want to conform to the community's.
