Hi - I have 3 workers in prison, a gatekeeper card (to release two workers) and Fara's ability (to release 1 worker), all of this should happen before the 'most workers in prison calculation'?

Is the implimentation on here wrong or did I get the rules wrong?

On the below table we just had a black market reset but it did it in this order without giving me a chance to use fara's ability before the calculation for most workers? - It's copied from the chat so is in reverse order hence I added the numbers to make it clear

4 - worto03 releases 1 worker from prison
3 - worto03 gains 1
2 - Most workers in prison : worto03
1 - worto03 releases up to 2 workers from prison

Yes it's a bug. Yes, it ruins any game with Fara in it.
