Can a player have Multiple Accounts?

Now, I'm somewhat confused.

When your Reporting a Player it says,
"It is acceptable to own several accounts on BGA, as long as it is reasonable and does not violate another rule of the website".

Correct, as the linked post mentioned, having several accounts is not a problem, though playing competitively (non-Friendly) with more than one is.

Now I'm baffled.

To cut a long story short.

I play Spades and have done so since the day it was developed on here.

A lot of the Spades Accounts are multi ones and are played competitively.
So why is this being allowed?

Perhaps nobody has ever proven to the mods beyond doubt that it is the case for any of those players?

Just because it is happening doesn't mean it is "being allowed".

I have proved it on several occasions and it still happening!

Maybe your proof didn't pass quality check for "proven beyond doubt" or wasn't clear enough in presentation. That might make it difficult for mods (who might not know the game) to call a ruling within reasonable time based on the information given in your report. I think they usually don't do any extra digging, so you need to present very clearly and easy to follow.

I've got several accounts banned and elo reverted to 0.

However, this does not stop players from creating and deleting accounts.

Great. So what's your point then? Sounds like measures are taken about it.
