Do you know if the unit who attack to Angbroda with an area Attack has to pay one Art of War because of their power? , in the last game my opponent didn't have to, but i dont know if its a bug.

They dont have the chance to choose the target in area attacks.
It happens “against his will” (following the amazing wording for angrboda s power)
