ELO is 100, but can't enter tournaments

Does anyone know why I can't enter tournaments or play Arena mode even though my ELO is 100? Shouldn't they unlock once I got to 100? Draft & Write Records is the first game I've encountered with this issue.

Which tournament? Some tournaments needs 200+, or even 300+ elo.

You may have an already well know problem in BGA!
You have not 100 but 99,xxx and BGA round it to 100 for showing.
But for playing or having a bonus, you will not have it because you have not yet 100 or more.

I don't know which tournament you were trying to enter, but hovering over what
you went to at
