ELO calculating when player quit the game could be unreasonable

A guy could just quit the game to keep me from getting any ELO point after I triggered end of the game for an ark nova game. In this case, it's the punishing mechnism rather than the quit guy doing harm to gameplay experience. The result of game should absolutely be counted after reaching a certain stage of game.

It does. You got 82% of the elo because thats how far it was judged you were in the game. You only got +4 because of the level difference between you and them

OP is absolutely correct. A win is a win, and they should get full points. The percentage concept can be deleted entirely, it is nonsense.
