New idea of how to change elo for social deduction games

As I was playing bang I realized that the points on win and lose can be out of whack, for example roles like the renegade gain and lose a tone of points because (using arena as an example) bga sees it as winning or losing against 5 people, which due to it being harder to win as renegade means that it can lead to randomly dropping ranking.
My solution? If possible, make it so the ranking system uses the 2 averages of your teams elo and everyone else's elo as your elo and opponents elo for the elo function, then multiply that by 1 minus the win rate of your faction if you win, or the win rate of your faction if you lose.
This would make it so that factions that win a lot are worth less elo while losing more elo and factions that lose a lot are worth more elo while losing less elo.
Thank you for reading my post.
