I had network or system lag on my last Carcassonne game. My game just froze and I restarted my phone because i couldn't do anything else. When I came back to Bga I got a message that said "You left the game #Carcassonne... and lost 20% of your Karma. I am a new player so i have now only 57% karma and I can't join most of the games and it's hard to play with frienda with good karma. Does anyone know how to get karma back after a lag?

Playing solo games can help with karma

Can't Stop is a fast game, so it's good for regaining karma.

The simple answer is: Play more games. The "stain" of the loss will be on your record for two months, but you gain Karma by simply playing and completing games. If you've only got the one hit, it'll disappear pretty quickly.

There's no mechanism to appeal a hit. It * that you lost it due to lag, but it's a risk everyone deals with. Opening the door to appeals would give the actual bad actors another way to hide their misbehavior.
