Hello BGA, hello All!
As a board games fan I really enjoy this service and broad selection of games. Great job and great service!
It looks to me though that problems with connections are very common - seems like servers are not up to the current traffic. Are there any plans for increasing service capacity?

I haven't seen any server issues in practically months, other than maybe one brief outage with an announcement in the last week. There was also an issue where an Agricola update was causing server problems over the weekend, so the admins had to disable it until the problem could be fixed. (note that the admins are not the ones who develop Agricola)

What time (including timezone) did you see this issue? How long did it last? Were you on wireless? What region of the world in case it matters?

I observe very slow response time and very big lag virtually all the time - no specific hours/days etc. Also, very ofter the red messages appear "unable to connect to server" - usually when the waiting time to reload page/move/etc is especially long.
I observe it on all my devices, mobile phone, tablet, PC. My Internet is fiber channel 1Gbps, I actively use various other services including Full HD streaming on several devices with high quality connection.
My PC connected directly to it through Gigabit Ethernet. Mobile devices connected through WiFi to the same line.
Olternatively - mobile devices soemtimes connected through mobile data, LTE transmission, not-related with my fix line Internet - same experiences.
I live in Poland, near the capital city.

Honestly - I am surprised, that you say no such problems are appearing for you. Several times during real-time games, when the lag is huge and I make comment about it to my opponent usually I get the same response from the other side (that my opponent also has lag).

The message was being displayed about 14 hours ago. I don't know for how long, I logged out soon after seeing it.

You might see a small and atypical sample. I remember at least one more server issues display in the last 2 weeks or so (and obviously there may have been more that I missed too).

Indeed, just yesterday and today I played 3-4 games and never saw a single error. However, they were all turn-based rather than real-time.

Are you only seeing problems with real-time games?

I sometimes see the main page is slow to load the log so you have to refresh, but I think that is a problem outside the game servers.

It seems there was a major issue around August 2 and then again on August 11-12 (maybe the Agricola problem?), but those were the only 2 in the last month.
