Campaign op with pawn attacker?

Hi,

I wonder if I have overlooked a rule. I have started the following Campaign Op:
Attacker = Ottoman with 1 knight
Target = Hungary (not on throne) with zero Knights/Rooks
I expected to have to pay 1 Florin for the one attacking Knight. Instead, I had to pay a total of 2 Florin for the Knight and also for a Pawn of another player's colour. According to the game log, the Pawn was counted as one of the attackers. Where does the Pawn come from? I already checked all tableaus for any special abilities which would have changed the way Campaigns work. There were no Pawns/Concessions of that colour present, neither in the attacker's nor in the target's borders and there were no repressed Pawns of that colour in any of the involved empires.

I think you have Circassian Mamluks in play? That makes repressed tokens on the Mamluk card count as knights for east campaigns
