Server error bug - any workarounds?

We have Spyrium in a tournament - so some new players are playing it and several of them seem to encounter some "server error"-bug when trying to place a meeple.

Is this issue known to more seasoned players and what do you do to prevent this problem? And if you encountered it - what can you do to fix the situation?

I concur. I'm stuck in my tournament game and a separate game of spyrium.

As I was just asking on behalf of others without having the problem myself... can you say more precisely what exactly you're trying to do and what happens?

I only played the game once and finished without getting stuck. But I think on some turns I might've clicked a few times until it accepted my move. (I made some moves on chrome/Win7 and some on chrome/Android-phone).

I can't place a worker by a card. It says "server error".

If you follow this bug report (and the 2 bug reports above it) - about 20-30 people have reported the same error in the last 2 weeks
