There’s an in game goal called Trail Hugs which has the condition ‘2 trail types each encircle another camp’. What does this mean? For example, does that mean a biking and kayaking loop encircle a hiking camp?

The scenario you described would meet the requirements of the goal but is not the only way to accomplish the goal.

The goal requires two of the trail types to have a trail that encircles a camp of another type. That camp does not have to be the same for each encirclement.

Two camps may also hug each other to accomplish this.
