Board Game Arena

I started playing games that should have been normal but ended up being friendly as a glitch; this has since been fixed with me winning a normal game and getting ELO, but I didn't get the gift points. I suffer with completionism and don't know why how/ this happened. I've been trying for years to get gift pts for every single game here but a few games are making this impossible (a few solo or competitive games usually but now this). Is it just me or is everyone not getting gift points? Tia
