Would it be possible to implement a feature to show all games on the platform that are waiting for players? Sometimes I just want to come on here to play a game and I'm not too particular about which one. I think it would be super helpful to just see a list of games that are waiting for players, rather than jumping from game title to game title just hoping someone wants to play that particular title at the same time I do.

There's an existing feature that is close to what you are asking.

If you go to the Play Now link at the top of the page (https://boardgamearena.com/lobby), you should see a selection of favourite games. You can add more favourite games by searching and clicking on the yellow heart with a plus sign.

Right below the favourite games listing, there is a tab that says "See all available tables". If you click that, it gives you more or less what you were asking for.

Can't find your " see all available tables" do you have a screenshot?

To have this view just go on the "PLAY NOW" page and in the third combobox choose MANUAL (not AUTOMATIC or FRIENDS)
