suggestion - search for rated games

I'm interested in getting better at games (as I'm sure others are) so I was hoping that there was a way to search for rated games, both in progress and completed so I could replay them and study.
Likewise I was hoping if there was a way to get a list of all games in a given tournament for the same reasons.
Anyways, not sure if this does exist, but it sure would be useful.
