Board Game Arena

I cann not find anything about the obstacles (Snake, Octopus, Flies)in the rules or wiki. When do they move? What if a car is blocking the space? Did i miss something?

They move to the next space for that kind of obstacle, at the end of the turn in which a player passes the obstacle completely.

I like them a lot. Fun catchup mechanism.
