BGA Rules Question

I haven't found any information about the extra moves possible here on BGA (the yarn ball and other pictures on certain cards)..
There`s nothing in the rulebook, so a few words about what it means would be nice..
Maybe that's only in the solo-mode, too.. I see what it does, but it might help others understand where it comes fom and what it means..

Hello Schwabilon,
thank you for your excellent question.
The wool ball, the pacifier, the tenis ball and the hazelnut are the objects linked to the characters. The one assigned to you at the start of the game.
If you find your item on the current Action card, it gives you an option on the card to be played in your field (which is made up of your 9 cards). If your object is not present, you must take an action on the card indicated by the golf ball.
I hope this answers your question!

By the way:
The English rules on BGG are from 2022, whereas the French rules on BGG are from 2024. The French rules do contain a description of the „8 cartes personnage“, the English rules do not explain these cards (maybe the rule has been updated between 2022 and 2024).
