There's too many games where it ends midway because one of the other players goes way over their time. I play turn based btw, I had a game where someone was 10 days late into making their move. I notice a lot of the accounts that do this happen to be accounts that are relatively new. Is there any way to add a setting where we can only play against players based on how long ago their account was created, like they're account has been around for 1-2 months?

No, but you can filter by level. New accounts have probably a low level.
