Skip "Ready to program" in Turn based

The "Ready to program" step makes sense in Real Time
But in turnbased it's an extra step that just adds a day if you are playing slowly.

I think it'd be great if that step was skipped in turn based, or if there was an checkbox to just skip it.

Otherwise great game


btw, I don't think the "recommended for real time" is necessary, it plays fine in turn based.

As for the "recommended for real time" part, since is physical boardgame, there are only real-time mode. The step counting rule are design only for turn based in BGA but not a offical rule for the game. So it is necessary and reasonable for showing the game is "recommended for real time".
