I looked around but have not been able to find a suitable explanation for the various options in Race for the Galaxy. Specifically what is the draft variant and reusing draft about?

Terra Mystica has a nice explanation for beginners and recommendations as well. Something like that for this game would be great because there are a lot of options.

draft let you choose your cards for your deck but I would strongly advise against it unless you have a very long time ahead of you in real time play or you are willing to spend days building your deck in turn based games...

Yes, tooltips to explain the setup options would be nice.
