Hi! Some suggestions for Small World:

Color coding the player tokens in some way to help distinguish who owns what regions, even in decline.

A first player marker/indicator is essential for strategy.

Expansions!!

Customization or banning certain races/combos for a 2p game. For ex., Ghouls are OP for 2p and Merchant + Elves is also too strong.

I would love expansions. Also I think it does tell who is first. (its says 1st) Though this may have been added after your comment!

The dice on the board is annoying. Would be better to have it somewhere on the side / top panel

Agreed, i have the World of Warcraft version of Small World and i love it...

Please BGA make the Small World of Warcraft version <3 that game is such a great version of small world !
