Time running out when playing with other time zones

I like faster paced games but I’m running into issues with the game clock because many of the players are in Europe, and well, I’m not. I watch the tables during the day and respond during a reasonable time, but I do need to sleep.
Any advice?

You can not join games with play time in hours when you can't play. If you're using automatic, then go into your filters and change it there.

Just to be clear, what you mean is that "something you can do is not joining...", and not "it's not possible for you to join...", right?
To be more clear: fast turn-based games (more than 4 turns per day) have playing hours, a 12-hour window during which the time runs. Those are displayed in your local timezone. Choose the playing hours that fit you and avoid those that don't.
