Lost reputation due to a badly setup tournament

There is a Mountain Goat tournament that was setup to round robin, with 5 mins thinking time each game.
You can imagine... so, because this tournament i lost about 30 reputation point (not only me) and the organizer asked sorry, but we won't get back our lost reputation points. What can we do, how can we ask admins to negligate these karma-points losing?

Wait, a tournament was set up without the players knowing what the time setting was? That must be a bug. Usually the time setting is clearly displayed on the registration page for everyone to see and if it is an obviously ridiculous limit that cannot possibly be met you can, you know, not join. Maybe you can even message the organizer to say the settings are unreasonable and that's why you won't join. It's unfair to hide the time settings and trick players into joining.

I looked at your penalties and find this tournament: https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=326199 where you got 5min per player and max 10min per game.
So I looked at the creator, and it seem it's the only tournament like that, so look like a mistake from the creator, and not an abuse (but that could be abused somehow I suppose).

About your karma point, you will gain 1 back every game you finish, it isn't a big deal. And at 70%+ you will already have access to nearly all games.

Yes, the creator apologized that was a mistake by him.
But now i can't play more turn-based game in a time and these game that i play are very long., so it is very frustrating

You get back one karma point for each game you complete. Play a bunch of fast real time games (there are several which can be played in 5 / 10 minutes) and you will be ok. If I remember correctly you need karma to 70 to be able to play turn based games without limitation so it's not a big deal.
