Is there an official android app?
I found this one, but don't know if it is official:

If it is official, why is there no link on the official website to it?
That's kind of strange.

The app is really just a browser view without the trim, if you went to the official website you would get the same view

Shouldn't board game arena protect it's name and send the app down, then?

No, the app IS made by BGA, they were just pointing out that it won't look any different than a mobile browser (except you'll have a little more screen real estate because the browser border won't be there).
