Board Game Arena

Hello,
I started playing Nanatoridori game today and I noticed that the strings "Drawing Pile" and "Discard Pile" in main game UI are not translated in local language, they always appear in english.
I could not find those strings in the translation module (for example in italian or french), as it seems all items are already translated.
How such translations should be managed ?

If texts are displayed in English and there is no text template for it at the translation page, this can only be fixed by the developer of the game adaption.
