Every game i lose with situation: at the end there is 3 times in a row kittens after shuffle.
Game has problems with fair shuffle.

yea ur not wrong, however it makes it powerful for the person doing it.

Was this resolved? Or a bug filed?

It's just bad luck (almost every game has similar bug reports, because when thousands of games have been played there's bound to be a few players who repeatedly get unlucky)
