BGA shows a message saying: "It is impossible to play this game now for technical reasons. Thank you."

What has happened? Can we do anything to help out?

I think it was a 'sandbox' game (used a special part of the BGA framework), which are no longer supported. And essentially need to be rewritten. I think the same goes for the game Hack Trick.

Someone has to rework the game, or the game will stay like this forever.

Which specific part of the framework did the deprecated module take care of, database, client, art assets, game logic?
Just to have a better idea of what needs to be redone.

Essentially just the art assets.
You would start a new project, much like starting any brand new project in BGA Studio.

This game just hit Beta. So it has been redeveloped now.
