this cant be for real.
people opening a table and then dont play for an eternity... cant quit cause i will be a penalty, what about the players wasting others time not playing. really not in the mood to wait 35+ hours

Not sure to understand you. Why dont you adjust time settings ? Either the player is going off its tile limit and you can kick him or he is not and he is not doing anything wrong in this case, he has the right to take his time.

I sense a major communication issue at the root of the problem here. Reading between the lines is incredibly important in customer service. I think you'd find it best to read this complaint like this "User interface is too difficult for the average person to understand, doesn't make sense for the type of game being played, and resets randomly after games or upon refreshing the page, something that is necessary just to find active games

Really ? How was i supposed to read that from these two previous messages ?? And why would that be posted in Altered subforum if it's something so general about BGA that i can't act upon as a game dev only ?
And i am still not sure to understand the part about "doesnt make sense for the type of game being played"

That's the problem... if you and the other dev had played atleast 100 games you probably would have been able to. Maybe it got posted here because suggestions get deleted? That's been my experience atleast. I can understand you feeling frustrated about your limitations on BGA, nobody likes getting called out for someone elses work. Perhaps now is the time for you to submit your own grievances with the website? Lastly, this has been pretty heavily marketed as a fast game. People are coming from their game stores with the expectation of 30 minute games. Dragging it out over the course of several days isn't fun even when you're expecting it.

That sounds like failing to choose the right format or time settings. If you want a 30-minute game, don't join a turn-based game (or a friendly, no-time-limit, game with a stranger). Perhaps this a platform interface/usability issue, but it has nothing to do with this game.

There are a lot of salty TCG players rage qutting a lot. I have tweaked my settings to not match with people with bad ratings
