Reset stuck game button

Sometimes games get stuck and no move is possible anymore. Especially annoying for turn based arena tables. Some games have a button to unlock a stuck game to resolve such an issue. I suggest to add such a button to all games. Or run a consistency check for all games once a day to unfreeze games that are locked up.
