Board Game Arena

Every time I want to play a card as follows:
You must play one card from hand or within reputation range (1/2)
I can't see any cards that I can play. All of the cards are greyed out, and it happens every turn.
I've tried the tutorial and the rules, but I find it confusing and I haven't been able to make sense of this. I've done the tutorial twice and read through the rules a few times.
For the last few turns, I have just tried different options to finish my turn, but my options are limited.

Hover over each card and it should show you why you cannot play it.

Things to check...
1)Empty Pen of the correct size
2)Meet next to Rock/Water Requirements
3)Meet prerequisites (Partner Zoo, Science, Other Cards with the same continent)
4)Do you have enough money to pay for the card
5)Cards can only be played from hand UNTIL you have flipped the Animal Card to the pink side, then you can play from reputation range with additional costs.

Thank you! Some of the cards mention "partner zoos" where are they located on the board? How do I know what partner zoos I can get, and how can I get a partner zoo if I don't have one already?

The icon on the top right is the continent needed if the animal need a partner zoo

Partner zoos are the tokens acquired with a strength 3 Association action.
