Board Game Arena

I'm in a tourney and my opponent is now 3 days past time. Each match is best of three and we are on game one. Everyone else has finished round one, round two and so on that can finish, but until our match is over no one can continue.
He is barely leading me on points.
If I skip him, does he win or do I?
I don't want to skip him if he'd finish, but I chatted asking him to try to move it along and no reply. All his matches ended from timing out in the group stage.

Kick them! 3 days is more than enough grace.
