Looks like someone put a Homer Simpson face on the box cover on BGA.

Good observation! The character is from the Simpsons, but is actually Ned Flanders, who is Homer's neighbor.

Its actually been a running joke here on BoardGameArena for as long as I can remember. I'm not sure when it started, but often with the announcement of new games Ned will be hidden in the picture as an Easter Egg.

I never noticed that before. I'll have to keep a lookout for it.
