I really want to play it in Chinese and I am glad to offer the translation. But in the translation center, there are only translation to player action, instead of the translation to the words. How can I make a translation to that

Word based games use the database supplied by the publisher.
So, you should ask the original publisher AND the Chinese publisher, not BGA.
