Board Game Arena

It was my turn and I didn't have enough money to buy a card. But I had a card that I could've activated but it just moved onto the next player.

Is this correct?

I think i misunderstood the card that could be activated. It had a cube on it and its power was "spend one cube to double a blue sector reward". I incorrectly thought this meant i could double any blue card rather than double a blue card that I am earning.
