Bug or rules?

I played a 4 player game where I drew the last card of the deck which triggers end of round after I take my turn.

I take my turn and make Ratjack, which also is an end of round trigger.

I got a score for both end of round triggers - 1VP for Ratjack, and then scored 1VP because I had the best total value visible after the deck emptied.

Is this actually what's supposed to happen in this case?

I read the rules like implemented in game and also played with it in real. Not a bug, rules are ok. The point conditions are not exclusive. Multiple can apply.
You can also kick one player out and win ratjack which makes two points.

My first game (gameID:587659695) ended with myself kicking out the remaining player while kicking myself while grabbing the last card on deck.
1 VP for me for the kicking and 1 VP for everyone due to technical tie in 0.
Managed to finish with 4 VP, with the lead on having 3 VP. I think the physical game sometimes may not be able to deal with such an outcome (9 VP, when it's possible to end up assigning 13 VP in a very contested 4-player game).

My scenarios that I feel may be bugs - would appreciate your opinions:

#1

in 2p game, while tied 1:1 on VP, opponent gave me +10 bonus token, that obviously gave him +1VP for eliminating me, but it also gave him another +1VP for being last in the race - he ended up winning the entire game 3:1

#2

Interaction of bonus token "The card loses its effect (it can therefore be flipped without the condition of having to perform its effect)" with Rat card that states "Flip 1 of your Hidden cards face-up and trigger its effect" - I expected the bonus marker to prevent the effect, it did not.

Was visiting this thread to post about this. Set up a victory condition in which I had 25, but then was forced to activate my card's effect despite putting a token on it that clearly states "the card loses its effect." Has to be a bug.

I think this is intended behaviour, those are 2 different VP-worth conditions that may trigger simultaneously.

Given this would happen almost constantly with 2p it's probably the reason that it's not recommended.

Same thing happened with me.

A couple more is, I set up a chain with a 6 and 12 down. I tried to lay another 6 down to flip the first 6, then I was gonna use that 6s effect to flip the 12. It only let me flip the 12 though.

Also with the 6, I tried to flip the 1, presuming I could then put the token I got from flipping the 1 on the 6 which is presumably laid down before the effect of the 1 needs to take place. Wouldn't let me.
