I can't open the rules

I can't learn the rules for this game, I can't see a tutorial and when I click on the link to read the rules, it takes me to a password protected document which I don't have access to. Any ideas how I can get round this?

I agree this is an issue. I should not have to login or sign up for another service to view the rules.
