Bug Report for Space Empire 4X

In the rule of board game Space Empire 4X, a ship must retreat to a place which "have equal or less distance to your colony", but in BGA version, this limitation doesn't exist. It may leads to "retreat to your motherland" or some weird thing like is. May anyone fix it? Or what should I do if i'd like to fix it?

Please read forums on BGG, you are WRONG, rules is well implemented.
