Board Game Arena

Each card can only have three of the four possible orientations. If you try to rotate it to the fourth, it immediately flips to the first position. It seems like a bug, but it's so glaring that it couldn't have been missed. But what is the rule governing this?

Sorry, it IS a bug, I see now that when the cards seem to flip back and I place them, after validating the move they end up having the orientation they should have had after all. I'll report this in a bug forum; probably browser dependent.
