Portal Machine:
Advanced Tech: Take 2 basic portals and put them into your hand. You can only use this card once a turn.
(If it's too weak, can play around with the numbers, eg maybe 3 portals is better, or maybe you can play it twice a turn, or it can be a basic tech)
The idea is that it can be very versatile: clear two eras, or be used for data analyzer, or be discarded for transporter, while clearing portals your opponent might want, but also dangerous since it might bloat your deck a lot unless you have data analyzer on hand. Has to limit number of uses per turn, otherwise turns into an infinite loop with data analyzer.
